Committees
All committees work under the direction of the Board. Any committee recommendations and changes to the Rules & Regulations must first receive majority approval by the Board. Landscaping Committee

The Committee is responsible for all matters covering landscaping and all environmental issues. the members will assist in the beautification of the association.
Social Committee

The Social Committee plans and holds non-secular, non-race related social events designed to bring residents closer.
Neighborhood Watch Committee
Chairperson: Sharon Drobka
The Neighborhood Watch Committee seeks to assist residents in making our complex a safer place to live through awareness, education and preparation. The committee works in close contact with the Torrance Police Department.
