I'm new to the Torrance area. What is there to do?
— Torrance is an excellent community with many restaurants, shopping areas, and places of interests. Please go to the city of Torrance official web site at http://www.torrnet.com.

Club House Rental

How do I rent the Club House?
— Club House rental requests can be made through Beacon Property Management Company. Please contact Lisa Hill at (909) 941-9866 ext 100 to request a Rental Agreement Contract. There is a $200 refundable security deposit fee. You will also need to provide proof insurance is extended to the association for the use of the clubhouse for the date of your event.

Parking

I will be having some guests staying with me. Can they park their car for an extended amount of time in the guest parking area?
— There are strict guidelines for guest parking and/or extended stay parking. All vehicles parked behind the gates require a parking permit. The designated vistors parking area is in the front lot.

Repairs/Services

I need to have some repairs done. Who can I call?
— Although you are free to call whomever you want, we do have a list of vendors who have served Pacific Pines in the past. The vendors used are listed below.

Trash Pick-up

When is the trash pick-up time?
— Trash is picked-up every Tuesday and Thursday. Please help us maintain the trash bin areas clean and presentable by making sure all trash goes in the bin and not on the floor. This will reduce any bugs or rodent infestation. Please notify Shelley should you have large items that need to be picked up. 

Landscaping

When are the landscapers on the property?
— Our Landscaping company Valley Crest is on the property every Tuesday and Thursday.
